About Second Star Productions
Second Star Productions is all about pushing boundaries. We're stretching the concept of performance art to create a new "stage" in the virtual space--a place where actors can, no matter where they are located, create something beautiful together. This new stage has all the magic of films or productions created in physical environments with the actors in the same room. We're tapping into the vast talent pool of people who live outside the world's production "hubs," and we cannot wait to push this envelope further and continue creating a new kind of possible.
About Anna Elizabeth Gant
Anna Elizabeth Gant made her acting debut in 2018 at the Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Playhouse as Mrs. Darling in Peter Pan. She continued acting there as she joined the ensemble for Meet Me in St. Louis and was cast as Sister Mary Amnesia in Nunsense. Most recently, she played the role of Mary Bailey in the Playhouse's 2021 production of It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play. Anna is a 4.0 summa cum laude graduate of Regent University and an honor graduate of the University of Nottingham, UK, with a master's in English. She is the Marketing Communications Specialist for a west coast technology company and has performed in five Zoom plays with the AlphaNYC Theater Company. Anna is the author/illustrator of three children's books (check out our "Books" page to purchase the latest!), has written for ViacomCBS, and plays a mean bluegrass banjo.
The Musgrave Ritual is her directorial, filmmaking, and video editing debut.
